Pearl of India in Friedrichsdorf

Everything we have ordered there so far has been super delicious! In addition, extremely fast and competent delivery, great! Clear recommendation. We haven't been to the restaurant yet, but after the pandemic we'd be happy :)

Unfortunately a real failure ... Was that fish at all ??? Waited over an hour and then called and asked ... Not again.

Very tasty dishes. Price performance is right. The service is helpful and kind.

Poor hygiene, table runners only wiped off, not disinfected, toilet not well maintained Children's dish was as sweet as dessert. Vegetarian menu selection tasted the same, frozen vegetable mix ... Mang Lassi also with a lot of sugar. So not recommended.

This week we went to the Pearl of India for the first time and on recommendation - and what can I say? 5 Stars. The price / performance ratio is very good here. The service is friendly, courteous, attentive and reliable and fast, even with many guests. The menu has a very good and large selection of different Indian dishes, with or without meat. The portions are large and great in taste (although it is certainly European hot).

Very authentic ambience (kitsch on the walls, but now saved with table decorations due to the situation), and very authentic food. The kids liked the yellow basmati rice and the Maharajah Chicken in (almost) pink sauce ...! “It must be like that”, has convinced! We had tried Birjani and something else that wasn't everyday. In addition, papadams and nahn are a must! We don't need excessive service, so everything was great. The workforce is Indian, they know what they are cooking! Were in transit, but would also travel a little for a visit ...

Super delicious food. I have rarely eaten Indian so well.

Very tasty food, quick service and relaxed atmosphere. We were there with the family including small children. The tamarind sauce is a hit!

The Indian breads, whether filled or used as cutlery (torn into small pieces and then shaped into small balls with the food components), are tastefully arranged. Unfortunately only 2 thalivarians (menu plates) vegetarian and meat available. The lassia selection is good and tasty. The waiting time is a bit longer than normal when it is busy, but still within limits (some Indians in Germany take longer). Sharpness can be ordered between European and original Indian.

Lamb Jalfrezzi and Chicken Tikka. Very spicy with good service and atmosphere. Recommended.

Very tasty as always. Unfortunately only the breaded chicken was rock hard today. So it was really hard for me to get one of the pieces in the first place ^^

Yesterday I had a wonderful evening here again! Nice service, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, delicious food - from the appetizer to the dessert! Definitely recommended!

My main course was not Indian, more Asian (?) And tasted bland. Papadamm felt like warmed up.

2nd time trying this restaurant, as friends wanted Indian. 1st experience was as a take away, and was woeful. Pure puke... but hey, figured it might just have been a bad day.. 2nd experience today.... ffs this was terrible. With the exception of the onion Bhaji (which was good) all other 4 dishes where terrible. Definitely not Indian food, definitely not worth the money. But if you think you are eating Chinese, then all fine. It just looks and tastes like bad Chinese food....

I have never in my entire life had such a bad curry as this. This curry was truly espicially bad. I had ordered a lamb jalfreyi, i got something much more akin to something to a tinned vegetarian sweet and sour.... The "thing" comprised green peppers, carrot, grean beans and cauliflower, and truly tasted like absolute rubbish. All i can say is AVOID... i just paid 23€ for something even a blind drunk without a tongue wouldnt eat...

Always enjoyable! A wide selection of dishes.

Good food. Prices are adequate. Nice Interieur. But not the fastest in terms of serving.
